Mark Manley
Mark Manley became an accredited mediator with ADR in 1999 and CEDR in 2000. Since then he has mediated over 1000 cases in the UK, United States, Germany, Dubai and Gibraltar. He is recognised in the various legal directors with several law firms identifying him as their “go-to” mediator known for his abilities to bring parties to settlement.
After a long career as a senior equity partner and management board member in a Legal 500 firm, he established Manleys Solicitors in 2012. Mark’s main areas of expertise are in reputation management, privacy, removal of online content, social media, sports law, and high-value commercial litigation cases including many shareholder disputes, warranty claims, professional negligence and intellectual property disputes. Mark boasts an enviable client list including members of the Royal family, Premier League football players and managers, sportsmen and women from many sports including football, boxing, golf, Formula 1, cycling, and taekwondo. For 20 years in his early career Mark represented mainly media defendants (newspapers, TV, radio and magazines). Mark also represents clients in the world of entertainment from actors and actresses to reality TV stars, musicians and in commercial disputes he represents a variety of clients including PLCs, SMEs, NHS Trusts and individual HNWs. His mediation practice is varied and he has lectured widely on ADR. Mark is available for mediations in the UK and abroad.
